Pictures of the Kids

If you've adopted from us and your pup's not shown here, please let us know!

Everett

I adopted Everett the beagle from your shelter in February 2001. Just wanted to update you on what a wonderful addition he is to my life. He has adjusted so well to his new life, and now has the run of the house when I am at work.

Rosie

Rosie

You can see from the attached pictures she is a pretty girl who has found a home to spoil her. Thank you for showing her to us that day we came to visit.

Asia

I wanted to drop you a line to let you know that we have moved. Asia has a lot more room and she loves the new house! She has room enough to share with a sister, which is what we are hoping to provide her with sometime soon. She loves other dogs and I would love for her to have a companion. I'll keep checking the website for a dog that's right for us. We really want to get our next dog from NCCR because we know how dedicated you are and we just happen to be completely in love with the little darling that we adopted from you last summer.

Sabre

Midlife Puppy Love Sparked by Green-Eyed Charmer

At the age of 50, I have fallen victim to a lasting case of puppy love. No, not the kind Paul Anka likes to croon about, but the one which comes with four legs and a wagging tail.

The End of the Rainbow: PB finds a home

On a very cold, dreary night in October 1999, the dog control officer made a grim discovery:  four starving adult dogs and eight puppies were found on an abandoned property. Two of the adult dogs were chained to trees and unable to reach any kind of shelter. The two other adults (mothers of the 8 puppies) were loose and surviving by eating vegetables on nearby farmland. The dogs were seized, brought to NCCR and subsequently placed in homes. All of them, that is, except PB.

Raider

Raider

Hi! Just wanted to send a picture of the "peas in a pod." Raider (aka Thurman) and his new brother Schultz are becoming inseparable. We are so grateful that Raider has become a member of our family. Thank you!

Matty & Dylan

They have been with Jamie and I for a year and a half but it feels like they have always been here!
