Celebration Angels

The volunteers at NCCR are always pleased and encouraged when young people give of themselves to help our homeless dogs. One such generous and kind-hearted teen is Cassie Arcadipane of Westfield, who just celebrated her 17th birthday. Cassie graciously requested that in lieu of birthday gifts, family and friends make donations to NCCR. What a wonderful gesture on Cassie's part! Thank you for thinking of us.

Another member of the Arcadipane family with reason to celebrate is their dog Mickey. Mickey was our hard luck dog, who had been bounced from home to home and even shelter to shelter. But this incredible dog's tail never stopped wagging through all his trials. Now with Cassie and her family to love him ... well, a dog just couldn't ask for anything more!
