Sakari

Kindly Sponsored By: Adrienne & Gary Burdick / Vicki Fiet / Carrie Hall for the Anthony family in loving memory of

Smart, attractive young female seeks interesting lifestyle. Very flexible and eager for new experiences. No preferences on age or looks - I can get along with most anyone. Like something to occupy my mind and am a quick learner. Don't care much for sci-fi movies or cookery programs but will tolerate some TV watching if there's cuddling involved. Help with hair care appreciated now and then.

Sakari is around 2 yrs old . Sakari does well on leash and has the makings of a great dog as she is so smart and eager to please. When she first arrived at NCCR she was not too sociable with the shelter dogs, although great with people. However, now that she is adjusting to her new environment and has been walked out in the company of other dogs Sakari is becoming more at ease with her sheltermates, in fact her new best friend is Baxter. This young lady should not be placed in a home with cats it seems, as she goes after Binx the shelter cat in a BIG way ! Otherwise she seems like a really great dog who will soon bond to a new family and become a devoted companion for years to come. Would you like to sponsor me? For just $10 a month, you can help with my expenses while I stay here at NCCR and you will receive regular updates on what's happening with me. You can mail in your payment to NCCR, 7540 N. Gale Street, Westfield, NY 14787 or click here to pay with paypal:

If you think you might be interested in adopting, your first step should be to complete an adoption application (see below). This avoids the disappointment of someone else has "beating you to it" because they were pre-approved. Processing an application does not take us very long but we do insist that all potential adopters are approved before placing a dog.

Applying is very simple:
  • Click one of the links below in the desired format.
  • Complete the information requested.
  • Save it as a file and e mail it to us.
