Portia arrived at NCCR along with another Chihuahua when they were just 5 months old. The previous owner kept the two in a crate full time, only taking them out to potty. All that has changed for her now as she is enjoying being spoiled! She has 3 cat siblings that she would love to play with, they just aren’t too sure about that yet!
Portia was adopted in August 2020.
