Sweet Penny and her companion were taken to a kill shelter in W.V. and tied to a post during the night. Both of them were thin and obviously did not have all the meals they should have had. Penny is around 6 and she loves to eat but even more she wants to curl up in your lap for a belly rub. She seems to do well with other dogs, we don’t know how she is with cats. If you’re looking for a faithful companion that will enjoy your company then Penny may be a good choice for you!
