May 2026 update!  He’s doing great & with lots of works he leaves the cats alone now.  They just walk him & he looks at them & then us & then continues playing or chewing on his toy.  Many people have asked who would have given him up, but I remind them there has been a lot of training since we got him.  He’s such a sweet boy & loves everyone & gets lots of pets while we’re walking.  We trained him on the underground fence & he is enjoying his space to run & chase tennis balls & birds in his space.   He often stays close to us when outside, but when he’s done & ready to go in he heads for the back door. 😂. I think he’ll stay out longer as he gets more used to it.  He’s also filled out & looks much better now.  We’ve found a good balance of a couple days each week at daycare tires him out & he LOVES to go.  Thank you to NCCR for another great dog!!

We have changed Zeus’ name to Tucker and he’s doing great.  We’ve gotten into a routine of going to play at doggy daycare while I’m at work and he absolutely LOVES it!
We did one training session with Faith and we plan to do some more in the near future.  He’s picked up pretty quickly on things.  He rarely jumps up on us now and has learned “leave it” when the cats are near if he looks like he wants to chase them.
