Meatball is doing great! He has adapted so quickly to living here. He is so very easy to love. All of my friends and their dogs are also crazy about him. He is a big hit everywhere we go. We have already been on several trips together (Ithaca and NYC!) and he was absolutely amazing as a travel companion. He loves the car! He has his own fancy car seat that he loves to sleep in. I made sure to get white so it wouldn’t show all his hair!
I am a musician and he has been so well behaved at every rehearsal he has been to. He must find music relaxing, because he sleeps through most of it! My colleagues are very complimentary to his behaviour and easy-going vibe. He is a HUGE star at our local PetSmart. All of the employees there say he is their favorite customer and they fawn all over him. He loves it, of course.  His favorite activities are playing fetch with his many toys, and napping. We have been walking four times a day and he is learning to not bark at every dog he sees. (He really just wants to say hi to all of them).
He learned to “sit” in only one day! (With lots of training treats). Anyway, he has captured my heart from day 1. We are very happy together and I am so grateful to NCCR!
