She ended up at shelter in Indiana with an injured hip and is blind. Due to her blindness, did she wander into the road and get hit? Her past will likely remain a mystery, but she’s now on her way to a bright future.
Angel’s foster mom provides this info: Angel is very, very sweet & polite! She loves to cuddle.
Despite being blind this girl navigates very well. She would do better in a home with another dog, she loves my pack of three and the feeling is mutual. Her healed injury to her hip doesn’t seem to bother her but upon rising or cold weather seems to make her favor it. She will go in for an x-ray to see if there is anything else that needs to be done for the injury. Cats are cool to her but she spends way to much time wanting to be friends, so a cat free home would be preferred. Angel is quiet, housebroken, and just a complete love.

It takes a lot of time to process the applications, so we ask for your patience while we do so. If you see that the dog you were interested in has been adopted it means there were many applications for that dog and we did not get as far as processing your application before a home was found. We do adopt out of state, however we do not transport or ship dogs. Potential adopter must be able and willing to travel to the Rescue to meet the dog they are interested in.
