She is incredibly sweet and very well behaved. We do still have some separation anxiety when I leave the house. Even when my husband or son are home she continues to look for me because I’m home most of the time. We’re working on it and my husband Will not give up trying to get her to be as affectionate and attached to him. We are working on some simple commands and she is doing pretty well but is not always treat motivated so it’s taking a little bit longer, but we will again not give up.

Jax, formerly Jackie, was adopted in May 2025.

We hope that he feels as blessed as we do.
