Piper began her journey with us as a foster, however it didn’t take long before we knew she was ours. Piper was a puppy mill mom for 6 years that came to NCCR without a name because to the Mill people she was just a number but those days are all behind her. She has learned many things since coming to us. she had no idea what grass was and that she needed to relieve herself outside but fast forward 5 months and she has pretty much mastered that. Every aspect of her life was new to her and watching this girl run and explore in our big yard with our other dog Cody has brought tears of joy to my eyes many times. 

Piper was adopted in April 2022.
