We are loving having Polar with us. We kept his name. He is getting along great with our other dog Willie. We are still working on potty training but it’s just learning and seeing his cues but we are all doing well. We have the bells on the doors and he is learning those. He is learning our land and not to go towards the road but it is just a learning process. He has learned to not chase the chickens and has calmed down with his barking. He is great on the lead for walking. He still sleeps best in his cage at night but in the mooring he comes into our bed to snuggle before truly starting our day. I think he is adjusting well to our family and we just love him. He needs to learn not to eat socks but we are working on that.

Polar was adopted in April 2025.
