We have changed Jack’s name to Rigatoni.  Riggs is doing well and seems to be fully comfortable in his new home (he is currently napping next to me).  Sarah and I have been very happy with him.  Riggs has shown a lot of signs of intelligence; he knew sit already and responds immediately to whistling but he has also since learned to stay and come (cheerios seem to highly motivate him).  He has not had a single bathroom accident in the home and is comfortable going into his crate at night or when we have to leave.  We are in the midst of applying for a series of obedience courses which I think will be very beneficial for him.

Rigatoni, formerly Jack, was adopted in November 2023.
