Savvy (kept her name) has made significant progress in the few weeks that we have had her. She is more trusting (but still cowers/runs away occasionally) and only a few accidents in the house in the very beginning. Our other dog, Bode, who is five seems to be a good influence on her. She follows him almost everywhere except up on the bed or couch. He is still not sure about her, but we have seen some playful interactions now and then. She is such a sweet dog and loves to put her head (lean against you) for pets on the head.  We are working on sit, stay, and come. She is easily excited just like a puppy. We also have to work on some jumping (standing up at the back door) and a few counter surfs. Overall she is settling right in and we couldn’t be happier with our choice to adopt.
