Nelson was surrendered to NCCR when his owner could no longer care for him.  We were told that Nelson had a tendency to “smile”, which can look like a snarl, but Nelson just has a very expressive face and here he is showing how happy he is to be in his new home!

Nelson was adopted in July 2021.
