Hello and thank you for checking in! Yes, 3 weeks, tomorrow, since we adopted him and Ozzie has changed so much. He lacked skills so we started working on, immediately. Poor fella didn’t play with toys, accept treats from your hand, lacked potty training, and basic skills. With the aid of a link provided by NCCR, we started Ozzie on one-on-one internet training with “Good Pup”. In 2 weeks, he is potty trained, crate trained, plays with toys, performs treat puzzles extraordinarily well, knows his stay and come commands, lets us wipe the mud from his feet. These are GREAT improvements. He is the nicest boy! Loves people and today, I took him for a doggie visit at a doggie day care – he had a blast and ran like the dickens with them outdoors.

We are lucky to have him in our family and so grateful to NCCR for wonderful shelter ‘residents’. We met them all and after our second visit Ozzie stole our hearts. He is our 4th NCCR rescue, over the years.

Ozzie was adopted in March, 2024.
