The puppy is doing great!  We changed her to name to Goldie, but also kept Dipper, so, officially, “Golden Dipper.” She and our dog Copper–Copper Milky Paws–immediately hit it off and are already the best of friends (he’s a boxer, a year older than Goldie).  Copper is thrilled to have a buddy!  They keep each other very occupied, and Goldie is helping Copper stay out of trouble, LOL. Goldie is doing great with the kids, even our one year old baby, which surprised us.  She sleeps well, eats well, is working on housetraining, went to the vet yesterday for her first check up and some vaccines.  Goldie responds to her new name, and understands the word no, and usually listens.  She loves playing outside.  She hasn’t discovered the goats, chickens, or cats yet. We’re very glad she’s part of our family!
